PHARMACY TENANT IMPROVEMENT

LOCATION: Crescent City, CA

Renovation of an existing shell space into a USP 800 compliant compounding pharmacy area along with accessibility upgrades to existing toilet rooms. The improvements to the new 1,200 (sf) compounding pharmacy consists of a new workroom, a new breakdown/receiving area, an ante room, a non-hazardous compounding room with one hood and a hazardous compounding room with one hood. Exterior work consisted of a new dedicated HVAC system and required electrical distribution for the new pharmacy.

All work was completed to comply with OSHPD 3 design and construction requirements to allow services to be provided under the Sutter Coast Hospital license.
