Nestled in the hills of Union City overlooking the San Francisco Bay, Acacia Creek is a premier continuing care retirement community. Surrounded by lush greenery and bay views, the Pavilion is a residence within the community for seniors experiencing memory loss conditions or requiring assistance with day-to-day activities.
The Pavilion’s well-appointed resident apartments contain a generous living and sleeping space, bathrooms, closets and kitchenette with appliances. Each floor has common area amenities such as large multi-purpose quiet gathering room, large living and dining rooms, a full kitchen and servery, and shared laundry facilities. Additionally, the 1st floor has a special exterior Memory Care Garden and dynamic exterior living and gathering space for enrichment of the memory impaired residents.
The new building includes two floors of wood-framed construction totaling 24,000 sf. over concrete podium with a 13,000 sf. garage underneath. The 2nd floor is designed as a 12-apartment assisted living facility, and the 1st floor is designed as a 12-apartment memory care facility.
