State-of-the-art new headquarters for Capital Public Radio’s broadcast and production services as well as administration offices. The first generation 30,000 sf. tenant improvement occupies the top two floors of the building with 360-degree views of downtown Sacramento.
The design motif features a modern and open layout with interior glass partitions, sliding glass doors, open wood grille ceilings, luminated soffits, and multiple quaint venues for huddle discussions and collaboration. Improvements included ten (10) new sound-proof studios accompanied by five (5) sound-proof control rooms, new internal decorative stairs and bleacher seating to facilitate staff interaction, multiple break rooms with coffee bars, and numerous conference rooms.
