The first-generation tenant improvement spans over 30,000 square feet across the top two floors, offering stunning 360-degree views of downtown Sacramento.
The design motif features a modern and open layout accentuated by sleek interior glass partitions, sliding glass doors, open wood grille ceilings, luminated soffits, and multiple quaint venues for huddle discussions and collaboration.
Key improvements include:
- Ten (10) sound-proof studios paired with five (5) sound-proof control rooms for superior production quality.
- Internal decorative stairs and bleacher seating designed to enhance staff interaction and community.
- Multiple break rooms with coffee bars to recharge and connect.
- Numerous conference rooms, providing versatile spaces for both huddles and larger meetings.
