Document Control 

We utilize Procore, an all-in-one construction management software, for all our project documentation. This innovative platform enables the entire team to work and communicate more efficiently, streamlining the construction process from a single source. 

Procore allows us to generate various reports, including meeting minutes, monthly status reports, quality and safety reposts, payment applications, cost analysis reports, and status logs for submittals and RFIs. 

Additionally, Procore’s mobile collaboration tools provide field teams with a unified, real-time view of project performance. Team members can easily fill out logs and access the latest documents remotely, ensuring everyone stays informed and connected throughout the project.

From the outset, we establish a detailed schedule outlining all critical path activities and key deliverables required to complete the project on time. This includes tracking long lead items that could impact the completion timeline if not addressed early. 

We believe in the importance of subcontractor collaboration during the scheduling process. Their input helps us create realistic schedules by providing valuable insights into potential challenges, such as manpower availability or material lead times. 

Our schedule is a living document, reviewed and adjusted daily to reflect the most current information. We continuously evaluate opportunities to maintain or improve the overall project duration. The schedule is also a primary topic of discussion during our weekly construction team meetings, ensuring that all team members are aligned and focused on delivering the project on time.

Our corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Program establishes a clear structure of guidelines and requirements for all employees, ensuring consistency across our organization and project sites. 

To address the unique safety and logistical needs of each construction site, we develop, implement, and continuously update a Site-Specific Safety Plan throughout the project’s duration. These customized safety protocols and procedures add value to our projects by minimizing risks and reducing the likelihood of incidents.
