This existing 99-bed skilled nursing facility(SNF) owned and operated by Plum Health had an assortment of aging infrastructure in need of refurbishment and replacement.The scope of this project was to perform a phased renovation to include the removal and replacement of each of the (3) existing boilers and hot water heaters and install a new distribution panel fed from PG&E service along with equipment sub-panels.
All work was completed without disruption to patient care while implementing and adhering to the necessary COVID related safety precautions when working in an (OSHPD 2) healthcare delivery setting.
