As part of the R Street Corridor Redevelopment, Channel 24 is an urban in-fill project that replaces an existing vacant 25,000 sf. industrial/commercial building located in Midtown Sacramento.
The new, steel-frame, two-story, 42,700 sf. entertainment venue includes a 2,300 standing-room capacity theater, full balcony with seating, a second floor outdoor balcony, box office, lobby, concessions, catering space with kitchen, mezzanine, artists amenities and dressing rooms. The 14,000 sf. theater area will host live music, comedy, podcasts, lectures and corporate events.
